Erin holds a MSc. in Interdisciplinary Studies in Environmental, Economic and Social Sustainability with a specialization in Industrial and Urban Ecology from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona (UAB) as well as a BSc. Civil Engineering and B.Env.Sc. Environmental science from the University of Manitoba (UofM). Her research is centred on nutrient and carbon cycling in peri urban agriculture and determining how CO2 capture of rooftop greenhouses influences plant behaviour, nutrient uptake, and commercial yields. The motivation behind her work is to improve circularity and resilience within the build environment.
